The Guide App makes it easy to keep track of your upcoming trips from your calendar. You can switch between Calendar View (month view) and Schedule View (week view) to see what’s ahead.
Calendar View: Shows an overview of your month. Click on any date to jump into Schedule View.
Schedule View: Lists out your trips for the week. Each trip shows the outfitter, experience name, number of guides, and the total number of clients on the trip.
Trip Details: Click on a trip to open the full trip view, where you’ll see everything you need to prepare and guide.
This keeps all of your assignments clear and accessible, whether you’re scanning your month or zeroing in on the details for the day.
