Connected Guides (Most Important)
Once a guide is connected, only the guide can enable or disable SMS in their Guide App. This ensures direct consent.
To subscribe:
Open the Guide App.
Tap Me (bottom right).
Tap your name at the top.
Check SMS Subscription.
Tap Update.
Guides can change their SMS consent anytime.
Managing Consent as the Outfitter
Outfitters can also update SMS consent for new or existing guides at any time:
Go to the Guides tab.
Click the three dots next to the guide’s name.
Select Edit Guide Info.
Check SMS Subscription and click Update.
