Brindlechute gives outfitters flexible pricing options to fit any trip style. In the Price Settings section, each experience can be priced per person, as a flat group price, with different prices by group size, or left as quoted by outfitter.

Set one price that applies to each guest. For example, if the trip is $350 per person, Brindlechute will automatically calculate the total based on the number of guests booked.

Set one price for an entire group, regardless of the number of guests.

Use the plus (+) or minus (–) buttons to adjust the group size, or type it in directly. Then, enter the total price for that group.

​Example: A standard drift boat allows 2 clients per guide — set group size to 2 and group price to $650. Adjust Number of clients per guide in the Experience setup section at the top of the page to match the trip type (float, walk-and-wade, etc.).

For trips with variable pricing, click Add Group Size and Price. This creates a new line for each group size so you can set unique pricing.

No price is set up front. You quote each booking out-of-band and set the price on the line item before confirming. Use this for custom or negotiated trips where a standard rate doesn't apply.

Below your pricing, enter your Gross revenue amount per unit to track permit revenue and report accurately to agencies. Check Amount differs by group size if that figure changes with headcount.
