When you choose Per Person pricing on a fixed-day, multi-day trip, Brindlechute treats the rate as per person, per day. This means the system multiplies the per-person rate by the number of trip days, then again by the number of guests.
Example (Per Person):
If your rate is $2,200 per person, the trip is 6 days, and 2 clients book:
2,200 × 6 days = 13,200 per person
13,200 × 2 clients = $26,400 total
If you want to charge $2,200 per person for the entire trip, regardless of days, use Flat Rate (Group Size of 1) instead. This sets a single, non-multiplying price for one guest across the full trip.
Example (Flat Rate – Group Size of 1):
Flat Rate price: $2,200
2 clients = $4,400 total, no day-based multiplication.
