Configure per person pricing for an experience

Set one rate per guest so totals calculate automatically and reporting tracks cleanly per experience.

How to set up:

  1. Go to Products → Experiences.

  2. Click the pencil icon to edit, or select + Add Experience.

  3. Scroll to the Price Settings section and choose Per person.

  4. Enter the price that applies to each guest in Set per-person price.

    • Example: $350 per person.

  5. Brindlechute will automatically calculate the total based on the number of guests booked.

This option works best for shared or standard guided experiences where each participant pays the same rate.

Before you set your rate: the Time-aware settings toggle at the top of Price Settings controls whether pricing varies by date range. Left off, all bookings apply the same rate across all time. Learn more about seasonal pricing

Per Person Pricing on Fixed-Day Trips
When you choose Per person pricing on a fixed-day, multi-day trip, Brindlechute treats the rate as per person, per day. This means the system multiplies the per-person rate by the number of trip days, then again by the number of guests.

Example (Per person):
If your rate is $2,200 per person, the trip is 6 days, and 2 clients book:
2,200 × 6 days = 13,200 per person
13,200 × 2 clients = $26,400 total

If you want to charge $2,200 per person for the entire trip, regardless of days, use Flat group price with a group size of 1 instead. This sets a single, non-multiplying price for one guest across the full trip.

Example (Flat group price – group size of 1):
Flat group price: $2,200
2 clients = $4,400 total, no day-based multiplication.

Gross revenue amount per unit
Below your pricing, enter your Gross revenue amount per unit. This ensures accurate permit tracking and agency reporting. Only complete this field if required by your permits or managing agencies. Check Amount differs by group size if that figure changes with headcount.
