When creating or editing an experience in Brindlechute, you can decide who is running that trip. This helps keep your setup organized and makes it clear to your team and your clients whether the experience is operated by your outfitter or by a booking partner.
Update Who Runs the Experience
Go to Products → Experiences.
Click + Add Experience to create a new experience, or click the pencil icon to edit an existing one.
Experience setup is the first section at the top of the page, so no scrolling needed.
Find Who is running the experience?
Select the option that fits your setup:
Outfitter Run Experience
Choose this if the experience is operated by your own business. The trips created will be assigned to your guides.
Set the Number of clients per guide using the − and + stepper.
Use this option for trips your own guides will run.
Partner Linked Experience
Choose this if the experience is operated by a booking partner. The experience will be tied to that partner, and trips created from it will be “Partner type”.
Select an existing partner from your list, or
Add a new partner if needed.
Tip: If the partner profile has presets saved — description, images, video, documents, or what's included, not included, and what to bring — those details fill in automatically when you select the partner. Adjust them before saving: you can edit the text, delete an image, or add more. Changes stay with this experience and won't affect the partner profile. Learn more about partner presets
What Happens on Bookings
When an experience is set as Partner Linked Experience, the partner’s name will appear on:
the booking record
the client’s itinerary
This makes it easy for everyone to see who is operating the trip.
Find All Experiences Linked to a Partner
Tip: To review every experience tied to a specific partner in one view, go to Products → Experiences and use the Partner filter next to the search bar. The list will show all experiences linked to that partner, and the partner's name also appears as a badge above each linked experience. Learn more about finding experiences linked to a partner
