Choose which of your clients' contact details guides can see, so you can protect client privacy while still giving guides the trip information they need.
Hiding Client Contact Information
Click your outfitter name in the top left to open Organization settings, then select Settings.
Open the Client settings tab, next to Organization info.
In the Client contacts section, find Client contact information guides can see.
Turn each contact detail on or off:
Email – When off, guides see a masked email, for example 16**@qq**.
Phone number – When off, guides see only the last 4 digits, for example ****1234.
Address – When off, guides see **** instead of the address.
To turn all three on or off at once, use All contact information at the top. It also shows how many details guides can currently see, for example 3 of 3 visible to guides.
Address starts on for every outfitter, so guides keep seeing addresses until you turn it off.
The same section also shows that client emails are required for every booking. This ensures all client communications, confirmations, and receipts are sent correctly.
Note: When a guide searches for a client, the search results never show phone numbers, whichever option you choose. A guide picking a client only needs the name. This setting still controls whether guides see a client’s phone number in other places, such as trip details.
