From your Outfitters Dashboard, go to the Guides tab. Click on any guide’s name to open their profile and view their key details.
You’ll see:
Total and upcoming trips they’ve run for your outfitter
The date they joined your organization
Their email, phone number, and any private notes
You can also:
Use the Trips tab to click through all trips they’ve been or are assigned to
Open the Calendar tab to see the specific days they’ve run trips
Select Manage Payout (top right) to set or adjust their rate
Hit Edit to update outfitter-specific details, like private notes (see below for what can and can't be changed once a guide connects)
Editing a guide's contact details
You can edit profile details — including name, email, and phone number — for guides who haven't connected their account yet. Once a guide has accepted your invite and set up their account, those fields are controlled by the guide and will appear disabled on their profile. Because guides can work with more than one outfitter, changes come from their end so they sync everywhere at once.
Connected guides can update their name and phone number in the Guide App. To change their email, they'll need to log in to Brindlechute from a web browser and click Change email on their profile — email changes aren't available in the Guide App.
Outfitter-specific details like private notes, payout settings, and active status stay editable at any time. If something needs correcting that you can't change, contact support with the guide's name and the correct details and we'll take care of it.
This gives you a full view of your guides’ activity, helping you stay organized and informed across your outfitter.
