A fixed-day experience normally books for exactly its set length. Select a start date and Brindlechute fills in the rest — pick Sep 10 for a two-day experience and you get Sep 10–11.
If you want the same experience to run over more days, turn on Customize start and end days in the Edit Dates window. You can then pick any start and end date, and every day in that range becomes a guided activity day. You can do this while creating a booking or on one that already exists.
The price does not change. A two-day experience at $2,500 per person stays $2,500 per person whether it runs two days or five — the total is divided across however many days you select. Stretched from two days to five, the per-day amount goes from $2,500 to $1,000. Adding people still multiplies the price; adding days does not.
Stretch a fixed-day experience
Create a new booking, or open an existing one:
From Bookings — Go to Bookings, find the booking and click it.
From the Trip calendar — click the trip, then click Manage Booking in the pop-up.
Click Edit on the top right
Scroll to the Itinerary builder.
Click the date range on the experience to open Edit Dates.
Turn on Customize start and end days. The label next to it changes from Fixed days to Flexible days.
Select your start and end date on the calendar.
Set Persons, then confirm the daily start times under Time & duration.
Click Select.
Scroll to the top of the booking and click Save.
Each day in the range appears as its own row under Per-unit details, with its own guide assignment and price. If you stretch a booking that already has guides assigned, those assignments are kept — the new days come in as additional slots to fill.
Which day count to look at
The experience name shows the experience's own configured length, and that doesn't change. The Trip header shows what this booking actually spans — that's the one that updates when you stretch the range.
This applies to fixed-day experiences only
Flexible-day experiences already let you choose any length, so the toggle isn't needed. Note the difference in how they price: on a flexible-day experience, adding days adds cost. On a stretched fixed-day experience, the total stays put.
