Use Brindlechute’s Compliance Hub to quickly export your end-of-year report for the Montana Board of Outfitters. This export gathers all required trip, client, and guide details into a clean CSV so you can finish your annual submission without extra formatting.
How to Export the Report
Log into Brindlechute and select the Reporting tab, found in the Compliance Hub at the bottom left.
In the top-right, choose Generate Special Report.
Select the Year you want to export.
Under CSV Template, select Montana Board of Outfitters.
Click Export Now.
Your download will include a CSV with everything required for your annual filing:
Service date for each trip
Client name
Client ALS and date of birth
Guide name
Guide license number (if on file)
Stream or lake used
Specific stream section
Trip type (float or wade)
Experience name
You can now copy this data directly into your Board of Outfitters spreadsheet to complete your year-end reporting efficiently.
