Ice fishing trips are best created as their own experience in Brindlechute. This helps your team quickly spot winter bookings, attach the right trip details, and keep your catalog clean and organized.

From the left sidebar, go to Products → Experiences.

In the top right, click + Add Experience.

You can duplicate an existing experience if needed, but in most cases, it is better to create a new one for ice fishing.

Experience setup is the first section on the page. Choose Who is running the experience? — Outfitter-run experience or Partner-linked experience — then set the Number of clients per guide.

In the Experience Info section below, add a clear name for your trip.

Try using a name that makes it easy for both your team and your clients to understand what the trip includes.

Under Trip type, select Ice Fishing.

This keeps the experience separate from your standard fishing trips and helps with organization across your account.
