Use the Integration window to quickly copy the exact booking link you want to share—one universal link, grouped options, a single experience, or gift cards.
How to get there
Open your Trip Calendar
Click Online Availability Settings (top right)
Select Integration
Or, under Products in the left sidebar, click Online booking settings, then click Integration at the top right.
Choose a booking link type
At the top, you’ll see the options you can choose from: All, Group, Experiences and lodges, and Gift card.
Each option displays booking links below it.
For every line shown:
You’ll see the name of the item
Directly below it, you’ll see Online Booking Link
The booking link appears above the website embed code
Click Copy on the right side of the line to copy the full booking link
All
Displays one universal booking link
Sends clients to your full booking flow
Best for general sharing or broad promotions
Group
Displays booking links by experience group
Groups reflect how your experiences are organized (river, trip type, duration, etc.)
Clients book from that specific group only
Experiences and lodges
Displays a full list of individual experiences
Each experience has its own direct booking link
Best for sending a client to one specific trip
Gift card
Sends clients straight to buying a gift card
