Keeping track of guide payments is now easier with the Guide Payment filter in the Trip Calendar. This feature lets you quickly filter trips by paid or unpaid status, so you always know which guides still need to be paid and which ones are already taken care of.
How the Guide Payment filter works
Click on Trip Calendar or Assignment (Calendar).
At the top, you'll see different filters; from there, you can see Guide Payment.
Choose one of the options:
Unpaid to see trips where guides have not been paid yet
Paid to see trips where guides are already paid
What you will see
The calendar will update based on the option you select.
You can quickly tell which guides still need payment and which ones are already settled.
This makes it easier to manage payouts and avoid missed payments.
Use this filter regularly to stay on top of guide payments, especially during busy seasons.
