How Often are Guide Invitation Emails Resent

Learn how Brindlechute automatically resends guide invitation emails so your guides don’t miss their invite to join your organization.

When you invite a guide to join your outfitter, Brindlechute helps by automatically sending reminder emails if they haven’t accepted yet.

How It Works:

  • The initial invitation is sent right away.

  • If the guide does not accept, reminder emails are automatically resent once per day.

  • Reminders are sent starting on Day 3 through Day 8 after the original invitation.

After Day 8, the system stops sending automatic reminders.

Sent the invite to the wrong email?

There's no manual resend button for a pending guide, but you can fix the address:

  1. Go to Guides, open the guide's profile, and edit the Email field to the correct address. (This is only possible while the guide hasn't connected yet.)

  2. Any automatic reminders that haven't been sent yet (daily, Day 3 through Day 8 after the original invitation) will go to the corrected address.

  3. Editing the email doesn't restart the reminder schedule. If the Day 8 window has already passed — or you don't want to wait for the next reminder — share the app link below with the guide. They can log in with the corrected email, go to Outfitters, and tap Accept. No invitation email is needed.

If the guide is having trouble accepting the invite through the email, you can share the the Brindlechute app link with them so they can log in and accept the invitation from their dashboard instead.
