The Client Portal helps clients keep track of everything they have booked with your outfitter. From one page, they can view all trips tied to their account, review invoice status, pay open balances, and open a specific itinerary when they need to complete trip-related tasks.
What the Client Portal Shows
At the top of the portal, clients will see two main tabs:
All Trips
This tab shows all trips the client has booked with your outfitter. Clients can filter by year to quickly find past or upcoming trips.
Each trip row may show details such as:
Section
Guide, if guide details are visible to clients
Number of clients
Who booked the trip
Trip start date
Selecting a trip opens that trip’s detailed itinerary page.
All Invoices
This tab shows all invoices connected to the client’s account. Clients can review invoice status and open unpaid invoices to complete payment.
How Clients Access the Client Portal
Clients can open the portal from:
Booking confirmation emails
Pre-trip reminder emails
A portal link shared directly by the outfitter
Outfitters can also open the Client Portal themselves if they want to preview what the client sees.
How Outfitters Can Open the Client Portal
To view the portal experience from the outfitter side:
Open the client’s booking or itinerary.
Copy or open the Client Portal link.
Use that link to view the same portal the client can access.
This is helpful when checking what information is visible to the client or when sending the portal link separately.
What Happens When a Client Opens a Trip
When a client selects a trip, they are taken to that trip’s itinerary detail view.
The itinerary is displayed in a table format, making details easier to scan and review.
From this page, clients can:
Review trip details
Complete required tasks
Preview their itinerary
Invite guests for that specific trip
Direct itinerary links also take clients straight to the related itinerary and task area for that specific booking.
Why This Is Helpful
The Client Portal makes it easier for clients to manage trips, especially when they have booked more than one trip with your outfitter.
It helps clients:
View all trips in one place
Find past and upcoming bookings by year
Check invoice status
Pay open invoices
Open the correct itinerary to complete tasks or invite guests
The Client Portal gives clients a simple and organized way to manage their trips with your outfitter. With trips, invoices, and itinerary actions all in one place, clients can quickly find what they need and keep moving forward with their plans.
