Payment Batches for Automatic Guide Payments

Understand when automatic guide payments begin processing and how payment batches are triggered based on your scheduled payout dates.

Brindlechute gives you control over how and when guides get paid from client funds. Scheduled batch payouts are the smart way to run consistent, predictable payroll cycles—with clear timing on when funds are processed and no extra fees eating into your bottom line.

When Do Guide Payments Start Processing?

Batch payouts follow a set processing schedule. Payments begin processing at 11:59 PM MT on the scheduled payout date.

Example: If your payout is scheduled for April 1, processing begins at 11:59 PM MT on April 1.

What Happens After Processing Starts?

Once the system reaches the processing time:

  1. The payment enters a batch workflow.

  2. After that, it proceeds with:

    • Debiting the payment

    • Transferring funds to the guide within 2–3 business days

This ensures payments are only processed once they are fully due and avoids early or partial payouts.

Why This Matters

  • Keeps payments consistent across all guides

  • Removes guesswork around timing

  • Ensures payouts are processed only on the scheduled date

Payment batches help automate your guide payouts with clear timing and dependable processing. Once scheduled, you can trust the system to handle the rest—right after the due date passes.
