Guide reports are managed through each experience’s checklist. If you no longer want guides to submit a report for a certain experience, you can remove the Collect Guide Reports task or delete the checklist state that contains it.
How to turn off guide reports for an experience
Go to Experiences and open the experience you want to update.
Click Save & Next at the top of the page to go to the checklist step.
Find the state that includes the Collect Guide Reports task, such as Day of Trip.
Remove only the task: Click the ✕ next to Collect Guide Reports. Use this if the state has other checklist tasks you still want to keep.
Remove the entire state: Click the state tab to open its settings, then click Delete. Use this if Collect Guide Reports is the only task in that state, since a state cannot be saved empty.
Click Update Experience at the top right to save your changes.
Once saved, guides will no longer be asked to submit a report for that experience. If you want to remove guide reports from all experiences, repeat these same steps for each experience you want to update. You can also add the task back later by editing the experience checklist again.
