ACH (Automated Clearing House) is a US-based payment network and is not available to customers with international bank accounts.
Payment Options for International Customers
International clients can still complete bookings using these available payment methods:
International Credit & Debit Cards
International cards work normally through Brindle.
Simple and convenient for most bookings
May include slightly higher processing fees depending on the card and country
Wire / Bank Transfer
For larger bookings, clients can pay via wire or bank transfer.
This is often preferred for:
High-value trips or packages
Corporate or group bookings
Customers who prefer direct bank payments
Region-Specific Bank Debits (Available by Request)
Stripe supports several international bank debit methods, including:
SEPA Direct Debit (Europe)
BACS Direct Debit (United Kingdom)
BECS Direct Debit (Australia)
These payment methods are not currently enabled on Brindlechute by default. However, if there is a specific business need or customer use case, contact the Brindlechute team and we can review enabling additional international payment options.
