If a client has multiple experiences in a single booking and you only want to discount one of them, you can do that with a per line item discount. This keeps the rest of the booking at full price while still honoring a deal on the specific trip or experience that warrants it.
How to apply a per line item discount
Open the booking and click Edit in the top right.
In the Itinerary Builder, find the experience you want to discount.
Click on the price of that line item.
The Edit price and discount modal will open.
Under Set discount, toggle ON.
Choose $ USD for a fixed amount or % Percent for a percentage off.
Enter the discount amount.
Optionally add a note in Notes shared in invoice to let the client know what the discount is for.
Click Save, then click Save again in the top right to confirm.
Only that experience will be discounted. Any other experiences in the same booking remain at their original price.
💡 Tip: You can combine a line item discount with a booking-level discount if needed — both will apply and stack on the final invoice.
