If your operation uses stacked permits, you can control whether guides see and interact with the permit selector when submitting their guide report. This is useful when outfitters prefer to handle permit tracking themselves rather than leaving it to guides.
How to turn the permit selector on or off
Go to Guides in the left navigation.
Click Modify Guide Report in the top right.
Scroll down to the Stacked Permit section at the bottom.
Find the Permit selector toggle.
ON — Guides can select a permit when submitting their report.
OFF — The permit selector is hidden from guides.
Click Save in the top right to apply your changes.
⚠️ Note: This setting only applies to outfitters using stacked permits. If your operation does not use stacked permits, this section will not be relevant to your workflow.
