Send Booking Emails as the Assigned Booking Manager

Route booking emails through the Booking Manager assigned to each booking, so replies reach that person instead of your whole organization.

By default, emails about a booking go out under your organization's name, and replies come back to your organization's email address. On a large team, that means everyone fields every reply.

Turning on Send as the assigned Booking Manager routes each booking's emails through the person assigned to that booking instead.

Who the Booking Manager is

Whoever creates a booking becomes its Booking Manager automatically. You can reassign it to another team member afterward — useful if bookings come in through one person and get distributed across a team.

Turn it on

  1. Click your organization name in the top-left corner of the dashboard.

  2. Select Notifications.

  3. Open the Settings tab.

  4. Switch Send as the assigned Booking Manager to ON.

The panel shows a live preview of what recipients see, so you can check the result before leaving the page.

The sending address itself doesn't change. What changes is the name recipients see and where their replies land. This covers client, guide, and team emails.

What doesn't change

  • Emails not tied to a booking keep your organization's name and Reply-to.

  • Bookings with no assigned Booking Manager keep your organization's name and Reply-to.

  • New online bookings and booking requests already reply to the client.

  • Payment notifications come from Brindlechute.

Note: This is an organization-wide setting. Turning it on changes email routing for every booking with an assigned Booking Manager, not just your own.
