A client record holds one main Email plus any Additional Emails you add. Saving more than one address — a work address and a personal one, for example — means you can choose which address a booking uses and which one a confirmation or invoice goes to.
How to add an email address to a client
In the left sidebar, click Clients.
Click the client to open their profile.
Click Edit at the top of the profile. The Edit client's info panel opens on the right.
The client's main address sits in the Email field. Below it, under Additional Emails, click + Add email.
Enter the address. Repeat + Add email for each further address you want on file.
Click Save.
Adding addresses to a new client
You don't have to save a client first and come back. Click Add Client and the same panel slides in from the right, with the same Email field and Additional Emails section — so you can enter every address while you're creating the record. See Adding and Editing Clients in Brindlechute.
Removing an address
Each address under Additional Emails has a trash icon beside it. Click the trash icon to remove that address, then click Save.
Where the addresses appear
On the client's profile, the Personal Info section shows Email and Additional Emails alongside each other, so you can see every address on file at a glance.
Duplicate checking covers every address
When you type an email into the Add a Client form, Brindlechute checks it against every address saved on your existing clients — main and additional alike. A match surfaces even when the address you entered is someone's secondary address, so adding a second email to a record does not open a gap in duplicate detection.
