When you send a message by hand from a booking, the Sent to section has a Cc field beneath To. Use it to copy a teammate, or any other address, on that one message — an office manager who needs a record of the invoice, or a colleague picking up the trip while you're away.
How to Cc someone
Open the send window for the message you're sending. Any manual send from a booking has one — sending an invoice on a new booking, confirming a booking, resending a confirmation, or resending an invoice reminder.
In the Sent to section, find Cc, below the To field.
Add each recipient:
+ Add teammate adds a Search teammates dropdown. Pick someone from your organization, or type to search the list.
+ Add email adds a plain Email field. Type any address, whether or not they're on your team.
Add as many as you need — each one appears on its own row, and you can mix teammates and typed addresses.
To drop a recipient, click the trash icon beside their row.
Send the message as usual.
The client can see who you copied
This is a Cc, not a Bcc. Everyone on the Cc list is visible to the client, and to each other, in the email they receive.
Keep that in mind when copying someone whose address you would rather the client didn't have, or when the reason for copying them isn't something you'd say to the client directly. If you only need an internal record, a private note on the booking keeps it out of the client's view.
Cc applies to one message only
The Cc list doesn't stick to the booking. It applies to the message you're sending and nothing else — so a teammate copied on the confirmation isn't copied on the invoice reminder that goes out later.
That's deliberate: copying someone is usually a case-by-case decision, not a standing arrangement. When you want the same person copied on a later message, add them again in that send window.
It also means automatic notifications can't be Cc'd. Those send on their own without opening a send window, so there's nothing to add a recipient to.
