How to Set Up a Guide Gratuity Add-On

Create a Guide Gratuity add-on once so you can add client tips to any booking.

To add tips to bookings, you first need an add-on for them. You only need to set this up once.

How to set up a Guide Gratuity add-on

  1. Click Add-ons in the left sidebar (under Products).

  2. Click + New add-on (top right).

  3. In Name, enter Guide Gratuity.

  4. Leave Default price at $0. You'll enter the actual tip amount on each booking.

  5. If you charge sales tax, any tax set as an add-on default applies to this add-on automatically. If tips shouldn't be taxed in your area, turn on Override next to Sales tax and remove those taxes.

  6. Click Save.
