POS – Staff Cheat Sheet

Quick tutorial for our POS Interface

This is the concise version of our tutorial. For more details, consult our complete POS guide.

A - Selling a Product

  1. Tap a Category tile

  2. Tap a Product tile

    • If it has variants, tap again to choose the variant

  3. Product is added to a new basket

  4. Add more items by repeating steps 1–3

  5. Adjust quantity with + or or remove with 🗑

  6. Tap Payment to proceed


B - Identifying a Member (Optional)

  • Click the "No profile" button

  • Search for an existing member or create a new one

  • Must be done before payment

  • Once linked, a member cannot be changed


C - Taking payment

Stripe Terminal

  • Click Send to terminal

  • Customer taps or inserts card

Manual Payment

  • Tap Manual, then select method:

    • Cash

    • Card (manual - card machine) – use an external card machine

    • Other methods: Transfer, Check, Vacation check, AMEX, Other

  • Optional: Add a payment note

  • Click Confirm Payment


D -After Payment

  • A confirmation pop-up appears; click on the cross or outside the pop-up to close it

  • A QR code links to the receipt PDF

  • Members receive an email/push if purchase notifications are enabled


🔍 Tips

  • Use the Search Bar to find a product by name

  • You can have multiple baskets open: use the “+” button to start a new one, and switch between open baskets using the basket bar

  • If stock is unavailable, a warning appears. You can still sell the product, but stock will go negative on the system


🛠️ Troubleshooting

  • Terminal not connected?

    • Check it’s powered on and connected to Wi-Fi

  • POS not loading?

    • Check the internet connection. The POS doesn’t work offline, but baskets are saved

  • Want to refund a sale?

    • Go to the Back Office
