Your branded app pulls its content directly from your back office. Before it can go live, Apple and Google review it manually, and their teams need enough real content to properly test how it works. That's why we need a minimum back office setup from you first.
Here's what to check:
1. Set up your brand identity
In Settings > General:
Upload your logo
Set your primary and secondary colors. These become your app's colors.
2. Schedule at least 1 activity, workshop, or appointment
You need at least 1 group activity, workshop, or appointment with scheduled sessions before your app can go live. Here's how to set that up.
1. Add a teacher and an establishment
You need at least 1 teacher and 1 establishment set up before you can create any group activity, workshop, or appointment.
Teachers: My studio > Teachers
A detailed teacher description and profile picture aren't required, but they make your studio look more professional to members.
Establishment: My studio > Establishments.
2. Schedule your sessions
If you create Appointments: at least 1 session scheduled within the last 3 months (The app displays appointments happening only within the next 3 months, so scheduling appointments within this timeframe ensures app content that reviewers can test)
If you create Group Activities or Workshops: schedule at least 1 session (The app displays activities and workshops with no timeframe restriction)
