My mobile application doesn't recognize my geolocation

In order to get the most out of the bsport experience, we invite you to activate the geolocation of your device.

To activate your geolocation, here is the procedure:

1st Case: I have an Android.

  • Open the settings menu of your phone.

  • In the personal section, click on Location.

  • Then press Mode.

2nd Case: I have an iPhone.

  • Go to Settings > Privacy > Location service.

  • Check that the Location Service feature is enabled.

  • Scroll down to find the desired app. Touch the app and select an option.
