Unsubscribing a customer to the Newsletter

The objective of this training is to allow you to unsubscribe from a Newsletter or an email to a customer.

There are two ways to unsubscribe a customer to a Newsletter.

1st Method: Put an unsubscribe link directly in the email to be sent.

1st Step: Add an unsubscribe link in the email.

Add an "Unsubscribe" button.

In Marketing > Templates > Add a new template> Add a "Button" block > Click on the button > In the right part, add in "URL" the variable: {unsubscribe_link}.

2nd Step: Unsubscribe from the customer.

After the customer receives the email, the customer can click on the button or the text and he will be redirected to the next page :

By clicking on "Unsubscribe", the client will withdraw from the subscription satisfactorily:

2nd Method: Unsubscribe the customer manually.

Search for the customer in the search bar > On the customer's form, click on "Edit" > Uncheck the boxes "Accept notifications by email" and "Accept notifications by SMS" > Click on "Save".
