Sometimes students may wish to make a double booking, allowing them to book for two people at the same time. Some studios do not wish to open this possibility to their students and therefore block this option.

Sometimes the student inadvertently books the same session twice. It is now possible to avoid this scenario by blocking the option.

To block the double-booking option, proceed as follows:

1st Step: Change the settings.

In Settings > Personalization > Uncheck "Accept double booking". You can choose to allow this for activities and/or workshops.

Then, click on Save.

2nd Step: Register a customer twice.

Clients sometimes want to book the course twice in order to come accompanied. In this case, it is the manager who has to register the client a second time.

In "Schedule" or "Calendar" > Select the session to be booked > Click on "Manage my bookings" > In the search bar, search for the client's name > Click on "Register" > Select one of the proposed course cards.
