1st Step: Login.

To settle a debt, you must first log in to your customer area at the following link: https://backoffice.bsport.io/login/customer?membership=

2nd Step: Pay my debt from my customer area.

At the top of the page you will see the amount you owe to the studio.

Click on "Regularize" > Enter your credit card information as well as your post code > Tick "save this payment method" (optional) > Click on "Confirm payment".
