1st Step: Create a new activity.

In My Club > My Activities click on the button 'Add an Activity'.

Fill in the Activity form:

  • Title of activity

  • Choose the category: Online course

  • Access information (if you need to indicate this is an online session)

  • Tick the box 'Livestream'

>Save.

2nd Step: Create Sessions

On the Calendar tab > Click on the date of the first session and click on 'Add sessions'.

Choose the activity that was previously created > Confirm.

Fill in the form and insert your video broadcasting link in case you don't have the Zoom integration add-on, otherwise, leave it blank as the integration will populate automatically the links for you 24 hours before the start of the session > Click on 'Create Sessions'.

3rd Step: Verify the compatibility of the Passes.

In Products > Pass, verify on each class pass whether the Activity Category you set for the activity is restricted or not.

This is how the student will be able to book online classes with that particular pass.

You can also decide to make all your existing passes incompatible with online classes by making each one of the compatible with all the categories except the one used for the online course.

4th Step: Verify that the transactional email is indeed active.

An email reminder with the button to connect is sent 15 minutes before the start of the class.

P.S: The video streaming link you configured on the session is ‘behind’ the button. If you use Zoom for example, a Zoom tab will open on the browser so the student can connect to his/her Zoom account (if he/she is not already logged in) and access the meeting.

Under Settings > Transactional emails > bookings, verify that the box 'send a transactional email' under the notification "reminder that the livestream starts in 15 minutes (for members) "is ticked.

⚠️ In case you don't have the Zoom add-on: You will need to launch the meeting from your Zoom account, as this is not done automatically !!!
