Here is how to set up a class reminder email X hours before the start of a class.
1st Step: Create an email template by following this method (ignore the 4th step): Create an email template and send it
2nd Step: In My Studio > Establishments > Click on an establishment > Add a notification.
3rd Step: Choose the type of booking you want to notify and choose the event that will trigger the notification.
If the booking status is "Present" or "Absent"
Keep in mind your settings in Settings > Personalisation. This will impact who receives a notification if you are sending the reminder before the session.
4th Step: Choose the type of notification and configure the number of hours.
Send the notification before the class session
Send the notification x hours before the session
Choose the email template you want to send > Click on Confirm.
You just created a notification to send a class reminder to your students.
