1st Step : Create a specific free activity.

2nd Step : Create a free session
In "My studio" > "Group activities" > Click on the free activity that you have created
Click on "Add sessions".
Fill in the form :
Available slots and size of the waiting-list
Select "0" in the number of credit needed !!
Chose the duration of the session
Select the time slot for the free session(s)
Add an establishment and a teacher
Click on "Add sessions".
3rd Step : Create a free pass for members who don't have any active pass.
In "Products" > Passes > Add a pass.
Fill in the form :
Name
Credit : 1
Price : 0€
In "Activity" > Check the box of your free activity to make the pass compatible with it.
Attention : it is important to check that box, otherwise, your free pass will be usable with all the activities !!
4th Step : Notify your members of the class.

5th Step : Highlight these free sessions
Sessions with 0 credits can be indicated with a FREE label if you activate the associated parameter by going to Settings > Personalization :
By activating it, the label will appear on your Backoffice Calendar as well as on the Calendar and workshops page on the member side.
