Create a smartlist

This training will allow you to create a smartlist and to understand all the feasible actions around smartlists.

1st Step: Create a smartlist. Smartlists in bsport are a powerful tool for organising and targeting clients based on specific criteria. They allow you to dynamically group clients based on filters such as attendance, membership type, or activity level, enabling targeted communication and efficient client management.

Navigate to Marketing > Smartlists.

Click on Add a Smartlist.

Enter the name of the list > Add a description > Click on "Save". For example, you could name the list 'Inactive Members - Last 30 Days' and provide a description like 'Clients who have not attended any sessions in the past month.'

2nd Step: Add filters.

In "General", click on "Add new filter".

Select the filter of your choice based on member information, course cards, reservations or purchases. For instance, you can use filters like 'not active since 30 days' to find inactive customers or 'Bookings > Number of bookings > Booked more than [X] sessions of [class name]' to target attendees of a specific class.

Select the categories you are interested in for filtering : Examples include attendance-based filters for specific classes, membership type filters for segmenting by pack, or activity-based filters to identify inactive members.

Then click on "Add" when you are finished.

In "Statistics", you can choose a time interval of the reservations for more precision.

3rd Step: Send an email to a smartlist.

4th Step: Follow the campaigns on the smartlist.

5th Step: Download a Smartlist.

To download the smartlist in Excel version, click on "Export list".
