There are two types of access for Coaches/Teachers
Teacher access
This access is for teacher’s to login to the app to view their classes and appointments. They can do the check-in of their students.
The email they use is what the studio has set up on their teacher account in the My Club > Teachers on the back-office.

2. Staff Access
This gives coaches access to the back office management section. To create staff access the owner will need to set this up under Settings > Staff following these steps > https://intercom.help/bsport-helpcenter/en/articles/5246009
IMPORTANT > to create staff access a fake email should be created as this is used only as a username to access the back office.
Teachers can use the app directly to register members attendance.
How to check-in clients on the App
1. Login into the App using your teacher login.
2. Find the session in the calendar and click on it.
3. Clients booked into the class will all be listed. Check them in by clicking on the tick. Their attendance will change from “missing” to “attendee”.
How to Register a client who is not booked into the class
IMPORTANT: you will need to use your back-office login on a browser (Chrome is recommended).
1. Open a Chrome web browser and login in using your back office login.
2. Go to Calendar
3. Select the class and click on “MANAGE MY BOOKINGS”
4. Search and find member
5. Click on “REGISTER”
6. Click on teal calendar icon to allocate a credit from their pass for a single class.
How do teachers start the ZOOM class?
IMPORTANT: you will need to use your back-office login on a browser (desktop or mobile version).
1. Login into the Bsport back-office through a web browser (Chrome is the recommended browser).
2. Find the session in the calendar.
3. Click ‘Manage my bookings’
4. Click ‘Start Broadcast’.
You will be automatically redirected on ZOOM.
How do your members join an online class?
There are 3 ways for members to access an online class.
1. Via their web account (Chrome is the recommended browser):

How do members access the online class via their web account?
Members can access via the backoffice by logging into their account and going to their dashboard. They can click on the "Access live" button and will be redirected on ZOOM.
How do members access the online class via email?
Thanks to the Bsport Zoom Integration, members will be sent a zoom link automatically via email 15 minutes before the class. Members will click directly on this link to join.
How do members access the online class via the app?
1. The member logs into their account on the app.
2. They click ‘My bookings’.
3. Then they Click ‘Access live’ to access the live class.
