Thanks to your platform, you will be able to give two types of access to your teachers, either on the https://backoffice.bsport.io/login platform (also on mobile phone) or on the mobile application.
1st Possibility: Create a "Staff" access to the https://backoffice.bsport.io/login platform.
In order to define the different types of access, we invite you to click on the following link: https://intercom.help/bsport-helpcenter/en/articles/3324619, this access allows you to manage a part of the club (registration, validation, purchase etc...).
The platform is responsive, so your teachers will be able to use it on their mobile phones through a browser (Chrome, Safari, etc).
2nd Possibility: Access to the mobile application.
On their mobile application, the teacher will only be able to see the registered members of his course and their names and will be able to validate their presence. He will not be able to add new members, nor to invoice your customers. This data will allow him to have quickly the number of registered members and their names before the beginning of the course.
To do this, he must take the following steps (same as for a student):
Password request
He must click on this link: https://backoffice.bsport.io/login/reset_password and enter his e-mail address as noted in the teacher's file. He will receive an e-mail and will have to click on the "create a new password" button.
Choice of the password
He will have to choose a new password, but be careful, you have to enter the same password twice.
Connect to the mobile application
He will have to download the bsport application: Apple // Android and log in as "Teacher" with his logins (his email and password).
