To automatically email customers who have completed their first trial lesson

This article will teach you how to send an automatic email to customers who have just completed the first discovery course.

Step 1: Click on > Marketing > Notifications> Create a notification

Step 2: Configure your desired notification > Click on Add notification > Click on passes

Select the course card following which you want to send your email. Click on "Next".

Fill in the form Choose

  • "Remaining credits" and "Notify when 0 credits remain" - the email will be sent when the course card has been used.

  • Choose the email to send click on confirm.

    After this the notification has been set up!
