We will take here the teacher payroll as an example.

Open your CSV file on excel.

Once you have downloaded the Payroll you open it with excel > Go on data > Click on from Text/csv > Choose your payroll file

It will open that pop up > Click on Transorm data at the bottom right corner.

The next pop up will show you how the excel will look like.

> Click on close and load.

You just saved it!

You can now read your payroll directly on you excel file.
