Create invoices for your teachers

This training will allow you to create your invoices for teacher remuneration

1st Step: Calculate your teachers' salaries.

In Transactions > Payroll, you will find the summary of teachers' salaries. You can see the details of the teacher by clicking on it.

Select whether you want the summary to be Weekly or Monthly > Select the desired date range (keeping in mind that this is the initial date) > Click on "Calculate". The basic rule for each teacher will apply to all courses, if there is a rule applied on a session, this one will override the one set in the teacher's profile.

Attention: if you want to change the rule for a particular course (workshop, open house, events), you must identify the course and select the right rule.

2nd Step: Extract the invoices.

You have two possibilities:

  • Extract a synthesis for all your teachers: Click on Export. If the pound sign appears in the date start column on the Excel file, you can expand the column.

  • Extract the remuneration for a particular teacher: Open the breakdown from each teacher and click on either "Download (CSV)" or "Download (PDF)"

You can follow your export history in the tab "Saved data"

3rd step (optional): Let your teachers download their invoices

If your teachers have access to the Web Teacher View, you can let them access their own payroll by configuring the restrictions in Settings > Teacher View. You can also allow them to download their payroll as CSV or PDF files.

The buttons "Download (CSV)" and "Download (PDF)" on the Teacher View will only appear if the toggle "Allow teachers to download their payroll" is activated.

Please note that the teacher view must be activated.
