1st step: Creating the report.
There are two ways to start creating a report.
1st option: on the platform, go to Reporting > Click on the button "Appointment Passes".
Then click on "I create my first report" if applicable, or the ¨+¨.
2nd option:
Clicking the ¨+¨.
The report generation form should appear;
Then fill in:
Name
Description
Tailor the available options to your specific needs, but you can also select all the available options to perfectly fit a standard report's needs, then click Save.
2nd step: Extract your report.
Export your report by clicking on "Export" at the top right. You can then open it with Excel and filter the data if necessary.
