Integrate the ClassPass tool into your platform

This article will show you how to access ClassPass on your platform and how to get the integration.

If you are not familiar with ClassPass, it is an application that allows its members to access thousands of sports, wellness and beauty establishments.

Bsport offers ClassPass integration to allow studios to be visible to the users of the partner platform! With ClassPass integration, open your studio door to a multitude of potential members and make your studio grow.

Please go to Settings > Partnership to request your ClassPass feature. Once ClassPass is activated by your Account Manager, copy your Partner ID and Venue ID and send these to your ClassPass account manager so they can complete the integration on their end.

🚧 Needs verification before publishing: the original article mentions an "Integration Pack" that must be activated separately. This isn't referenced anywhere in our internal ClassPass documentation, which only describes the account-manager-side enablement. Please confirm with the product/account team whether this is (a) outdated terminology, (b) a real separate prerequisite, or (c) safe to remove — then delete this callout.

Please note that once your IDs have been communicated to ClassPass, the integration process typically takes around 10 days, though it can be faster. A member of the ClassPass partner support team will usually be in touch within 1–2 days to confirm your conversion date. Your sessions will not be visible on ClassPass until the integration is fully complete, so talk to your account manager in advance!

⚠️ Important: as long as you haven't communicated your IDs to ClassPass, your sessions or appointments will not appear on ClassPass — even though the integration looks enabled in your back office.

Ensure you are using the correct IDs for ClassPass, not Wellpass. Follow the on-screen instructions in the Partnerships tab for ClassPass integration.

ClassPass configuration

There are some options to configure how your bsport establishments are mapped to ClassPass venues. You can define it by clicking on the Edit configuration button.

A ClassPass venue is a distinct location, tied to one physical address and displaying available schedules for that location. If your bsport establishments represent different rooms, services, or offerings at the same address, they must be grouped into a single venue for integration to work properly. Establishments or groups of establishments representing separate locations will each have their own ClassPass venue page.

1. Merge all bsport establishments into one ClassPass venue

Required by ClassPass if your bsport establishments share the same physical address. With this option, all your bsport establishments and their classes are combined into a single ClassPass venue. Members will see one venue on ClassPass, containing all classes from the merged establishments.

2. Independent establishments

Use this option only if your bsport establishments have different physical addresses. Each establishment will be assigned a separate ClassPass Venue ID, tied to a unique physical address, and displayed as an independent venue on ClassPass. This ensures members can clearly identify and book classes at the specific studio location they prefer.

3. Merge a selection of establishments into groups

Use this option only if your bsport establishments have different physical addresses. With this option, you can group certain establishments into a single ClassPass venue while keeping others separate. For example, if you have 4 establishments and 3 of them share the same physical address, you could merge those 3 into one ClassPass venue and leave the 4th as an independent venue.
