If you are not familiar with ClassPass, it is an application that allows its members to access thousands of sports, wellness and beauty establishments.
Bsport offers ClassPass integration to allow studios to be visible to the users of the partner platform!
With ClassPass integration, open your studio door to a multitude of potential members and make your studio grow.
Please go to Settings > Partnership > to request your ClassPass feature.
Once ClassPass is activated by your Account Manager, you need to copy the Partner ID and Venue ID and send these to ClassPass for them to make the integration with bsport.
Please note that once the IDs have been communicated to ClassPass, the integration process may take up to 2 weeks. Your sessions will not be visible on ClassPass until the integration is fully complete. So talk to your account manager in advance!
There are some options for your integration with ClassPass that you can define clicking on the Edit configuration button.
The first option is independent establishments. This would be a good option if you have more locations and studios that might have different types of classes. You can create a Venue ID for each establishment, which will show separately on ClassPass. Then it will look like different studios, and it will be clearer for ClassPass users to see for which exact studio they are booking classes.
The second option would be to merge all establishments you have into one venue ID.
It will then take all establishments and classes and make them into one ClassPass account. So all different types of classes that are given in one or more locations/establishments will be in one Classpass venue and grouped together.
The last option would be to merge a selection of establishments into different groups. So, let's say you have 4 establishments, and you would want 3 of them together into one ClassPass venue and one separate into another ClassPass venue. You can configure and merge them into groups of establishments appearing as one Classpass venue.
