Enable the ClassPass integration

The aim of this article is to teach you how to activate the ClassPass integration on your bsport account.

1st Step: Ask for the integration

On your platform, go to Settings > Partnership and click on "Enable integration."

Your bsport account manager receives the integration request and enables it on their end.

⚠️ Important: enabling the integration here makes it visible in your back office, but your sessions are NOT yet live on ClassPass. They won't appear until you've completed Step 3 and ClassPass has confirmed the integration on their end.

2nd step: Adjust your settings
Configure how your establishments or locations will map to ClassPass venues — independently or merged together.

3rd step: Send your IDs to ClassPass

Send the following to your ClassPass account manager:

  • Your Partner ID

  • Your Venue ID(s)

Note: appointments and group activities use separate Venue IDs. If you offer both, make sure you send the correct ID for each.
