Redirect your members using the branded application to an external link

This article explains how to redirect your members from the branded application to an external link

You can add external links on the app to redirect your customers to your website or to another platform. The link will appear in the purchase tab of the mobile application.

Step 1 : Configure your tab

Go to Settings -> App customization -> click on add link

Then configure your tab by adding the name, the link, and by choosing the icon.

Step 2: Preview your configuration

Click on app preview

Add the referral link to your white label application


Recover your bsport ID:

Go to Settings > General


After obtaining your bsport ID, there are only 2 simple steps left.

Create your external link :

1- Go to Settings > Branded App (1)


2- Add your redirection link (2)

From this tab, you can click on "Add link". A link configuration window will then open. There are three things to fill in:

  • The link title, e.g. "Referral link ⚠️".

  • The redirection link ➡️https://backoffice.bsport.io/c/498/profile/ (copy/paste link) ⚠️ The number in the link 498 it will be specific to your studio, you can find it in Settings > General (explained in the first step)

  • An icon (optional)

Save, and then you will find your external link in your application on your "Studio" tab.
