This article will teach you how to create an external link on your white label application and in particular, a link that will redirect the member to their unpaid invoices so that they can pay them.
Recover your bsport ID:
Go to Settings > General (here)
After obtaining your bsport ID, there are only 2 simple steps left.
Create your external link :
1- Go to Settings >Branded App (1)
2- Add your redirection link (2)
From this tab, you can click on "Add a link". A link configuration window will then open. Three things to fill in:
The title of the link, e.g. "Pay your outstanding debts ⚠️".
The redirection link ➡️ https://backoffice.bsport.io/login?membership=115&next=/c/115/home.
(link to be copied/pasted)⚠️ Attention: Remember to replace (twice) the value "115" with your studio bsport ID. You will find this ID in the Settings > General tab (here)
An icon (optional)
Save, and then you will find your external link in your application on your "Studio" tab.
