Do you have several members with overdue payments and unpaid invoices, and would like to block them from booking new courses in the future until they have paid these invoices?

In fact, you can do this by using Smartlists and tags, and by following these steps:
Step 1 :
Create a Smartlist and automatically tag all members with a debt greater than X Euros
Go to Marketing > Smartlists > Create Smartlist.
Add Filter > Member Information > Account balance.
Customer balance, subtracted from unpaid invoices, is less (⩾) than -200 € > Add.
Display the Tag rules > Create a rule > Tag if present in the Smartlist > Select the Tag that you have previously created with "yes" (in Marketing > Tags) > Click on save.
Always in the rules of Tag > Create a rule > Tagger if present in the Smartlist > Select the Tag that you will have created beforehand with "yes" (in Marketing > Tags) > Click on save.
Always in the Tag rules > Create a rule > Tagger in exit of Smartlist > Select the Tag that you will have previously created with "no" (in Marketing > Tags) > Click on save. This will allow you to remove the tag if the customer has a debt greater than 200 Euros if this is no longer the case.
Bonus : You can also add an automatic sending rule, which will send an email to all your members entering this list (in order to tell them for example, you have more than so many debts, so you won't be able to book new courses until you pay what you owe us etc...), and using the previous example, will have more than 200 Euros of debts.
In this case, you will have to click on Add > Set email subject > Select the email template you have created > Confirm.
Step 2: Go to your course sessions, then add the tag you created beforehand (e.g. Debt over 200 Euros: Yes), to Unauthorized
Go to Calendar > Click on a session > Modify > Advanced > Unauthorized > Check the box "Do you want to modify similar sessions according to these new conditions?" (if recurring sessions) > Continue.
Repeat this action for all your classes
This will prevent all members with this tag from booking a course as long as they are over 200 Euros in debt.
Then as soon as their debts are less than -200 Euros, the tag will be replaced and they will be able to book a course again!
