This article explains how to visualize the interactions a member had with the platform.

Step 1: Visit a member's profile

When viewing the profile page of a member, the "Recent events" section will show how this member recently interacted with the platform

Step 2: Filter by type of events

9 types of events are tracked:

  • Bookings

  • Appointments

  • Basket paid

  • Invoices paid

  • VOD bought

  • Gift cards used

  • Tags applied

  • Logins successful

  • Profile Form edited

Using the filter, you can choose to only display one or several types of events.
