In this article, we will explain how to export leads from Zoho CRM and import them into bsport.
Step 1: Export leads from Zoho CRM
In Zoho CRM, you have two options for exporting your leads:
from the Leads page, select the view you want to export and click Actions > Export Leads
From the Settings, click Data Administration> Export
Next, select the Leads module, then the view containing the data you wish to export. Finally, select the fields below ⬇️
⚠️ The import must be in CSV file format and contain the columns selected below (Example file at the bottom of the page).
> Click on Export.
Once the export is ready, click on it and then click on Download.

Step 2: Import leads into bsport
Now that you have exported your prospects from Zoho, all that remains is to import them into bsport!
To do so:
From your BackOffice, go to the Members page.
>Click on Import Leads > Select the file that you just exported from ZohoCRM
⚠️ Make sure the file contains the same columns as on the Template! Only the fields Name, Surname and Email are mandatory and must be filled.
Plus, the field Lead Status will assign a Tag to the member created in bsport.
