After reading this article, you'll know how to sync your bsport schedule to your personal calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook).
To access it, log in to your bsport Teacher View and click the Schedule tab from the menu.

The Schedule page in your Teacher view gives you a clear overview of all your upcoming teaching commitments in one place.
From this page, you can:
View your sessions – See all your group activities, workshops, and appointments
Check your availability – Quickly spot gaps in your schedule
Sync to your personal calendar – Keep your personal and professional calendars in sync automatically
Filter by activity type – Focus on specific types of sessions
The Schedule page helps you stay organized and never miss a class or appointment.
Sync calendar: Keep your schedules connected
As a teacher, you can sync your upcoming sessions and appointments directly into your personal calendar. Once you've subscribed, any updates in bsport—like schedule changes or new sessions—are automatically reflected in your calendar.
What can be synced?
The calendar sync is available for:
Group activities
Workshop and grouped sessions
Appointments
How to sync your calendar
From your Teacher View, navigate to the Schedule tab
Click "Sync calendar" in the top right corner
Choose your preferred calendar app:
Follow the prompts to complete the subscription
Once set up, your bsport schedule will automatically update in your personal calendar whenever changes occur.
Important note
Please note: The calendar sync works in one direction only—from bsport to your personal calendar. This means you cannot create events in your personal calendar (Google, Apple, or Outlook) and have them automatically appear in bsport. Updates and changes must be made directly in the bsport platform.
Heads-up: Sessions are only visible in your synced calendar before they occur. Once a session has passed, it will automatically disappear from your calendar feed.
