⚠️ Teachers now log in through a dedicated app. Teacher login has been removed from the member app — both the general bsport app and branded studio apps. If you're a teacher trying to log in on your phone, download the bsport Teacher app below.
Option 1: From the website
Step 1: Activate access
For a teacher to connect to his teacher account on the marketplace, his teacher space needs first to be activated from the backoffice:
Reminder: Teachers will only have access to options that have been set up in Settings > Teacher view:
Schedule
Payroll
Substitution
If you wish to give them more access, you can do so by creating a staff account. You'll find more information in the following article.
Reminder 2: The teacher will have the same email for the teacher account and the member account, but for the staff account, he will have to use a fictitious email address.
Step 2: Login
Once the teacher has activated his access, he will be able to log in via the studio link with his teacher email.
When he logs in, he will have the option of logging in as a member or as a teacher: Teachers registered with multiple studios may be automatically signed in as a member. To avoid this, ensure you are using the correct login link provided by the studio.
Once logged in, the teacher will have access to all the features available to him:
The teacher won't be able to take attendance through the web version, but they can do so using the Bsport application. If you are unable to log in, try logging out completely and using the dedicated teacher login URL provided by your studio. Additionally, use the "Forgot Password" option on the teacher login page to reset your credentials if needed.

Option 2: On the app
Teachers now have their own app, separate from the member app. Once your studio's app was updated, teacher login was removed from the member app — so if you're still trying to log in there, you'll be blocked.

How to switch over

Log in with your existing credentials — your email and password haven't changed
Nothing changes in the login experience or the interface itself. Same schedule, same check-in.
If you've downloaded the Teacher app and still can't log in, check that your teacher access has been activated in the Back Office (see Option 1, Step 1), and that the email you're using matches the one the studio owner set up. That login email works for the app only — it won't get you into backoffice.bsport.io.
