Read the promotion terms before you start. Confirm eligibility, wagering rules and any geographic restrictions.

Register an account with the casino. Provide accurate personal details and confirm you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.

If the sign up form includes a field for a bonus or promo code, enter the code exactly as provided (case-sensitive in some systems).

If there is no sign-up field, check the cashier or deposit screen — some sites require codes at deposit rather than at registration.

Make any required deposit using an accepted payment method, following the payment limits and methods listed in the terms.

After deposit, check your account balance and the promotions or bonuses section to confirm the bonus was credited.

Complete any identity verification (KYC) steps promptly. Many casinos will withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Code not accepted: Re-enter the code exactly, check for spaces, and confirm you are applying it in the correct field (registration vs deposit).

Promotion not credited: Review the promotion start and end dates, the required action (e.g., deposit or opt-in), and whether the chosen payment method is excluded from the offer.

Location blocked: If you are in a restricted country, the operator may block the bonus. Confirm geographic eligibility in the terms.

Duplicate accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same sign up offer usually violates terms and will void bonuses; use only one verified account.

Verification holds withdrawals: Submit identity documents promptly. Delays in KYC are a common reason withdrawals are declined or held.

Game restrictions: Some games do not contribute toward wagering requirements or are excluded; switch to eligible games listed in the terms.

Eligibility: Must meet the casino’s age and jurisdiction requirements. You must be of legal gambling age where you live (commonly 18 or 21, depending on local law).

Wagering requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager bonus funds a certain number of times before you can withdraw winnings. The exact multiplier and qualifying bets differ by operator.

Bet limits: There may be maximum bet sizes while wagering a bonus; exceeding these can forfeit the bonus and winnings.

Game contributions: Different games contribute differently to wagering. Slots often count more than table games or live dealer games.

Expiration and withdrawal caps: Bonuses and any winnings derived from them often expire after a set period and may have withdrawal limits or conversion caps.

Payment method exclusions: Some deposit methods (e.g., e-wallets or certain cards) may be excluded from eligibility for bonuses.
